Fraternity seeks SIUC charter

"The Interfraternity Council at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign has 46 registered fraternities, Northern Illinois University has 24 and Illinois State University has 14. Eastern Illinois University and Western Illinois University are more similar to SIUC with 12 and 11, respectively." Kappa Alpha Order wants to be #12, reports the DE.
