The Carrot Revolution
There's "A Blog About Art Education... and Vegetables" called The Carrot Revolution which has a banner quote by Paul Cezanne, "The Day is Coming When a Single Carrot, freshly observed will set off a revolution," except he said it in French. But this would be a good quote to feature in the sequel to VH2: "VH1:Dangling the Carrot"

Colorful Cauliflower
The orange, purple and green cauliflowers that scientists claim could be healthier for you :
